Self-catering detached holiday Villa Latona has a lovely private pool and is surrounded by large gardens. There are 5/6 bedrooms and 3 living rooms on 3 floors to sleep up to 13 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet and a mobile 'phone and there are stunning mountain views.

Outside the Turkey Vacation Villa
A lovely private illuminated pool is surrounded by a large terrace with ample sun loungers and parasols. Throughout the summer there is a gentle cooling breeze that makes the terrace an idyllic place to relax. Beside the terrace is a covered patio with a large dining table and gas fired and charcoal BBQs for alfresco dining with incredible views.
There are furnished sun terraces outside the twin bedroom, master double bedroom and triple bedroom that overlook the plateau and outside the double bedroom facing the mountain. Surrounding the detached holiday villa are gardens and grassed areas with fruit trees and olive trees, shrubs and plants are arranged around the terraces. The pool and gardens are regularly maintained by our groundsman and there is parking provided for two vehicles.
In the front garden is a raised, cushioned and roofed 3m x 3m Turkish Kosk which is ideal for the kids or for you to simply relax in. On the lower terrace there is a Darts Board, Table Football, Basketball Hoop and Garden Quoits for the younger members of your party. There are a variety of toys for infants including an activity centre and paddling pools and we also provide a food blender and baby alarm together with many safety items including pool protection barriers.
The Five Villa Bedrooms
The first floor has a master double bedroom with ensuite toilet/shower, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and hairdryer. Patio doors lead to a furnished sun terrace overlooking the plateau. Next door is a twin bedded room with patio doors to another sun terrace. At the rear is a double bedroom with a sun terrace facing the mountain and there is a separate toilet/shower room on this floor.
The top floor has a family toilet/bathroom and a twin bedded room at the rear with views of the mountain. At the front is a large triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed which has a large secluded sun terrace with outstanding views across the Uzumlu plateau. A travel cot and bedside rails are available for smaller children. The second lounge on the ground floor has a double sofa-bed and is close to the ground floor toilet/shower room.

The Three Villa Living Rooms
Entering the Uzumlu holiday villa you pass a toilet/shower room and then go through an archway to the main lounge. This lounge has a wood burning fire and satellite TV/DVD/CD with two leather sofas to seat seven, patio doors lead to the covered patio and sun terraces.
Leave this lounge and then go through a door into a second lounge set up as a Games Room with TV/DVD/CD and a PlayStation 2 with games, music and films. This lounge has a sofa/double bed seating three and patio doors lead to the poolside. There is a an iPod dock music system and board games, information leaflets, a 'Rough Guide to Turkey', maps and a 'pay as you go' cellphone and the villa has wi-fi Internet.
Back to the entrance hall and through an archway into a large kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped to cater for thirteen people including cutlery, crockery, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machines, scales, blender and iron/board. There is a dining table and seven chairs and a patio door leads to the poolside and another alfresco six seat dining area with both gas and charcoal BBQs. There are feeding sets for small children together with a microwave steriliser.

Information on the Turkey Holiday Villa
Cleaning Villa Latona: A clean and linen/towel change is carried out weekly and this can be done more often by arrangement. The pool and gardens are maintained daily by our groundsman.
Our Local Agent: Our English speaking agent will contact you and can arrange any tours, vehicle rentals or our Water Sports Tuition Courses. He can also sort out any medical or other problems that hopefully do not occur!
Welcome Pack: A welcome pack is provided, free of charge, to cover you when arriving at unsociable hours or until you can get to the shops.
Dalaman Airport Transfers:We can arrange return Dalaman Airport Transfers in either a minibus at ~£130 or in a car at ~£85/£110 - the journey takes 45 minutes and the charge is paid to the driver.
Rental Vehicles: We can arrange a rental car from ~£140/week or a minibus from ~£350/week. Alternatively you can book a vehicle of your choice through Real Tour Agency and get a discount by quoting Villa Latona.
Mobile Telephone:A local cellphone is provided on a 'pay as you go' basis and Turkcell top-up cards are available in most shops.
Wi-fi Internet: The villa is provided with wi-fi Internet throughout using a Turkcell dongle and wireless router with a top-up provision costing 39TL for 4GB.
Sister Villa Kadyanda: Both Villa Latona and Villa Kadyanda are 2km from Uzumlu centre and about 3km from each other which allows us to accommodate larger parties by using both villas.
