Fethiye Holiday Villa Rental Costs
Prices are for the whole of the holiday villa with a party of up to 13 people for one week. Prices range from £400 to £850 per week which equates to between £5 and £10 per person per night We can arrange return Dalaman Airport transfers to the villa and also vehicle rental.
- The rates are for renting the whole villa for up to 12 people with no extra charges
- Groups of 6 or less can stay for 2 weeks, except in August, and deduct 15%
- Book 6 months ahead and deduct 10%
- Discounts are available for longer stays - please ask
- Welcome Packs are provided and include essentials until you have time to shop
- Return Dalaman Airport Transfers by Car at £85, by Minivan at £110, by Minibus at £130 and the journey takes 45 minutes
- Vehicle Rental can be arranged for a Car from £140/week and a Minibus from £315/week
- To book the villa print a Booking Form and send with a 20% Booking Deposit and then pay the balance 4 weeks before arrival - you can use the secure PayPal portal below
- A Damage Deposit of £150 is payable with the balance or on arrival and is returned within 7 days of your departure
- The rental start day is flexible and depends on previous bookings, likewise the leaving date
- A full cleaning service is provided weekly which incudes changing the provided bed linen and towels - cleaning can be done more often for a small charge
- Our local English speaking agent will contact you after arrival and he can arrange tours and help with any medical or emergency needs
- Villa Kadyanda has a Gym and Games Room with table tennis, darts, quoits, a punchbag, weights and a cross-trainer together with a Nintendo Wii, bar and shower/toilet
- Villa Latona has table football, darts, quoits, a basketball hoop and a raised Turkish Kosk
- Both villas are under 2km from Uzumlu Village and 3km apart which allows both villas to be used for large parties
