Fethiye Holiday Villa Rental Costs & Discounts
Prices are for the whole of the holiday villa with a party of up to 13 people for one week with no extra charges. Prices range from £500 to £895 per week which equates to between £5 and £10 per person per night We can arrange return Dalaman Airport transfers to the villa and also vehicle rental.
> The rental rates are for the whole villa for 1 week for up to 13 people with no extra charges.
> HM Forces, Emergency Services and Groups of 6 or less can stay outside the Peak Season and deduct 15%.
> Discounts are available for longer stays - please ask.
> Welcome Packs are provided and include essentials until you have time to shop.
> Return Dalaman Airport Transfers by Car at ~£85, by Minivan at ~£110, by Minibus at ~£130 and the journey takes 45 minutes.
> Vehicle Rental arranged for a car from £140/week and a minibus from £350/week.
> To book the villa print a Booking Form and send with a 25% Booking Deposit and then pay the balance 8 weeks before arrival. For Credit Card payment you can use the secure PayPal portal below.
> A Damage Deposit of £150 is payable with the balance or on arrival and is returned within 7 days of your departure.
> The rental start and finish days are flexible and depend only on previous bookings and you can book as many days as you wish.
> A cleaning service is provided weekly which includes changing the provided bed linen and towels - cleaning can be done more often for a small charge.
> Our local English speaking agent will contact you after arrival and he can arrange tours and help with any medical or emergency needs.
> Villa Latona has table football, darts, quoits, a basketball hoop and a raised Turkish Kosk. Children are catered for with an activity centre, pool accessories and a paddling pool.
> Both villas have wi-fi Internet and are under 2km from Uzumlu Village and 3km apart which allows both villas to be used for very large parties.
